Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, personable, and motivated Business Development & Community Outreach Representative to help grow our customer base and build partner relationships in the local community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting people, and creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with local realtors, property managers, senior communities, and businesses
  • Generate leads for handyman, maintenance, and home safety services
  • Follow up on inquiries and schedule estimates
  • Build referral partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Help create local marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions
  • Represent the TruBlue brand professionally 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or community outreach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
