Job Title: Business Development Representative

Core Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to identify and onboard qualified customers, and support the team in elevating o9’s brand awareness across the China market. The role will be accountable for end-to-end marketing and BD operations, including:

  • Managing content creation and publishing for o9 China’s official WeChat account, and coordinating Executive Roundtables and similar events.
  • Overseeing translation-related projects, including localizing sales decks and translating/promoting Aim10x events.
  • Following up on all leads—including MQLs and initial hotline inbound calls—and conducting the first round of lead qualification and screening.
  • Targeting potential customers in alignment with o9’s China sales strategy, and proactively sourcing and qualifying new business leads.
  • Building and nurturing a dedicated community for o9’s Chinese customers and prospects, and regularly sharing global brand materials (e.g., customer success stories, solution go-live updates, and new deal announcements) within the community to maintain strong relationships.
  • Any other activities to support the sales team in driving and closing deals efficiently.

What you’ll have

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in BD or marketing (B2B tech/supply chain industry experience is a plus).
  • Results-driven mindset with strong ownership, self-discipline, and proactivity; ability to align with o9’s corporate culture and values.
  • Solid foundational understanding of supply chain concepts and practices.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
