About the Team
Workdayは先進的な企業として国際的に認知されており、日本での事業も拡大しています。弊社のビジネス開発営業チームは、顧客の人事・財務部門の価値を引き出すため、パイプラインの開発、フィールドセールス部門の支援などを行う、特定顧客を担当する営業のプロ(当チームメンバー呼称:コーポレートセールスデベロップメント)で構成されています。About the Role
- 営業のパイプラインへとつながる案件を獲得。
- アカウントエグゼクティブと共に、アカウントカバレッジを拡大させる顧客開拓プランの立案。
- マーケティングチームと協力の上、キャンペーンに関する情報交換や、きめ細やかなフィードバックの実施。
- 新たな見込み客と接触し、リードを増やすため、日頃から付加価値がつくアクションを実施。
- アウトバウンドプランの一環として、業界やビジネスドライバーについて調査する。
- 既存顧客やリードの情報を収集し、顧客の抱える問題や起こりうる出来事、時間軸などを分析しつつ、決裁権者を見極める。
- 経営幹部と良好な関係を構築する。
- 弊社ソリューションの価値を分かりやすく説明する。
- 既存ツール(Salesforce、Outreach、LinkedIn Sales Navigatorなど)を活用し、見込み顧客を発掘する。
- Salesforceの適切な運用を行い、あらゆる活動内容やメモが適宜更新されるよう管理する。
About You

- 1年以上の営業経験がある方(業界不問)
- 日本語でのコミュニケーションが堪能な方
- 成長したいという、強いお気持ちがある方
