A detail-oriented Sales Executive, to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting business development team, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform market research for relevant intelligence and identification of all potential clients.
- Market-mapping, and preparation/execution of marketing and sales plans, in liaison with the relevant countries’ management and relevant staff.
- Acquire new clients and business flows through appropriate calls, visits, attendance to trade conferences and the likes (post-COVID), preparation and distribution of well-constructed marketing material.
- Continuously monitor and understand clients’ needs and propose innovative solutions and/or pricing.
- Prepare and present accordingly tailor-made offers (services and pricing), in liaison with the relevant countries’ management and relevant staff.
- Manage relationships with customers by coordinating specific requests, handling complaints, supporting accounts receivable collection, etc.
- Report monthly on results achieved, and plans for the current month.
- Seconds budget line management on global projects (tenders, etc.)
Key Accountabilities
- Revenue growth with existing and new clients
- Handling and follow up customer requests.
- Preparing and sending quotes/tenders. Prepare projects costing.
- Coordinating renewal of testing & inspection agreements within timely manner.
- Elaborating on follow-up mechanism as per set KPI and prepare sales reports.
- Ensuring seamless operation getting appropriate information to perform their duty (connect/client data/Invoice instructions).
- Coordination with operation for any additional services to be provided to clients.
- Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Understanding Saybolts philosophy and services and keep learning.
- Ensure using all templates and presentations are up to date.
- Participating in sales team meetings / prepare minutes of meeting when necessary / plan sales visit with client for the team.
Qualifications – Previous experience and knowledges, skills and abilities
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator (English).
- Fluent in English. German and Dutch is preferred (Spoken and Writing).
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Computer literate with strong excel, word and PowerPoint skills.
- Holder of clean and active certificate of character.
- Degree/ Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing and/or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Driving license
