About The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a talented Business Development Representative. You are a creative thinker with a passion for sales and a self-motivated approach to achieving results. You enjoy making a meaningful impact and are committed to continuous learning. As an adaptable communicator, you are goal-oriented, resilient, and excel at building genuine relationships with customers. Experience in technology is a bonus, but your dedication and work ethic are what matter most.

Reporting to the Australian General Manager, you will execute growth plans by identifying new prospects and converting them into business opportunities

We prioritise your development and provide dedicated mentorship and sales enablement to help you master the role. We are looking for enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in building a successful career.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handling web leads, inbound calls, enquiries and generating additional revenue via phone and email.
  • Generating targeted prospecting lists using Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Amplemarket.
  • Proactive, outbound, email, LinkedIn and phone-based contact to prospective customers.
  • Upselling to recently won, new customers to find additional opportunities.
  • Value-based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions for our customers.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators.
  • Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively.
  • Working through the entire selling process, including qualification, questioning, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Ensuring the customer journey is as smooth as possible, from trialing our services to buying them.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records on the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).

What You’ll Bring: 

  • You are a graduate looking to start your career, or you have 1-2+ years of experience in a B2B sales role within a Technology or SaaS organisation.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Driven by a passion for delivering results.
  • An ability to understand technology and the problems it solves, and to articulate that to prospective customers.
  • A passion for professional development and for selling.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of $65,000 – $75,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $2,350 per month based on performance, uncapped.
