What you'll do:
- Make 3–4 hours of calls/day
- Drive outbound pipeline and revenue growth in North America
- Work cold outbound, closed-lost accounts, recycled opps, and web-engaged leads
- Execute on prioritized accounts delivered by our Clay-powered tiering system
- Move prospects from “not thinking about it” to “tell me more”
- Help test messaging across industries, use cases, and competitive takeouts
What you'll bring:
- Strong skills on the phone: confident, clear, engaging
- Comfortability with volume: repetition energizes you and you optimize it
- Persuasiveness: you can create urgency and reframe priorities
- Coachable disposition + resiliency: rejection doesn’t derail your week
- Outcome-driven mentality: you care about meetings booked + pipeline created
- Curiosity about ecommerce/ops and how Cin7 helps
Past experience (although many paths work):
- A demanding, people-facing role (hospitality, retail, recruiting, fundraising, support, ops, etc.)
- Recent grad with proof you can win in high-output environments (athletics, leadership, competitive programs, side hustles, etc.)
- BDR/SDR with 1–2 years experience and a strong track record
- Any other role where you had success in a high-activity environment with accountability to outcomes (calls, appointments, revenue, retention, sales numbers etc.)
This role probably isn't for you if:
- Cold calling makes you anxious - this is phone-first at its core
- You need external accountability to own your results
- Rejection sticks with you and impacts your energy
- You want a “comfortable landing spot” more than you want to build
- You’re not excited about ecommerce or solving inventory challenges
- You measure success by activity instead of outcomes
