As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of ACT’s growth in China. Your work in engaging and qualifying early-stage prospects is a key driver of pipeline strength, revenue expansion, and long-term market leadership in one of ACT’s most strategic global markets. 

You will work closely with ACT’s marketing team and experienced Account Managers, collaborating across functions to develop high-quality opportunities. You will be supported by colleagues who bring diverse expertise and market knowledge, working together to drive ACT’s growth in China and the wider APAC region. 

 You will

  • Utilize our internal CRM system, cold call, and email to generate new sales opportunities 
  • Responsible in the preparation of tenders, RFPs, and client onboarding materials, working closely with Account Managers to build commercial understanding and develop hands-on experience in closing complex opportunities. 
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities 
  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs  
  • Respond promptly to all marketing-generated leads to maximize engagement windows and prevent pipeline stagnation. 
  • Manage early-stage nurturing for all inbound/outbound leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship building 
  • Provide structured feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, trends, and market insights, actively contributing to the refinement and improvement of lead qualification criteria, campaign targeting, and overall lead generation 
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth lead transitions 
  • Identify gaps in content, messaging, or campaign targeting based on real interactions with prospects. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and report on pipeline metrics 
Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar role 
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and well-organized individual with a strong focus on continuously identifying opportunities to improve and optimize sales and lead management processes. 
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email 
  • Good understanding of CRM systems is a plus, along with familiarity with prospecting and outreach tools (such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach 
  • Experience in SaaS, carbon markets and/, or, sustainability solutions, or is a plus

  • 使用公司内部 CRM 系统,通过电话陌拜和邮件沟通,开发新的销售机会

  • 负责准备招标文件、RFP(询价/提案请求)及客户入职相关材料,并与客户经理紧密合作,建立商业理解,积累参与复杂交易成交过程的实操经验

  • 通过培育已有潜在客户并挖掘新的潜在机会来获取线索并建立客户关系

  • 代表公司产品与服务,结合全面的产品知识及客户/市场调研,清晰说明我们的解决方案如何满足客户需求

  • 及时跟进所有由市场团队产生的销售线索,最大化客户互动窗口,防止销售管道停滞

  • 负责所有入站及出站线索的早期培育,确保持续跟进并建立稳定的客户关系

  • 向市场团队提供结构化反馈,包括线索质量、趋势及市场洞察,积极参与优化线索筛选标准、营销活动定位及整体获客策略

  • 与客户经理紧密协作,确保线索顺利交接

  • 基于与潜在客户的真实互动,识别内容、信息传递或营销活动定位中的不足

  • 维护准确、完整的 CRM 数据,并定期汇报销售管道相关指标

工作要求

  • 具备 1–3 年销售拓展、业务拓展或相关岗位经验

  • 积极主动、以结果为导向、组织能力强,持续关注并善于识别机会,以不断改进和优化销售及线索管理流程

  • 具备出色的电话及邮件沟通能力

  • 了解 CRM 系统者优先,并熟悉客户开发及外联工具(如 HubSpot、Apollo 或类似工具)

  • 自我驱动、具备韧性,能够适应高频次的客户触达工作

  • 具备 SaaS、碳市场和/或可持续发展解决方案相关经验者优先
