About The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a super-talented Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in Germany and the DACH area. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of a least 1 to 2 years in sales and business development, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients within target industries.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation with a focus on cold outreach, including networking and leveraging existing contacts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling and tailored proposals, presentations using sales materials that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing significantly to the company's financial objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in new business development, preferably within the CPaaS, SaaS or Solutions Software sector, with a focus on outbound activity.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, in both English and German.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary of €2,500 - €3,333 per month, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance.
