The Role

We are growing our Sales team and we are looking for a Business Development Representative located in DFW, TX (must be based in the DFW region when applying for this job as this is onsite in Westlake). This is a full-time position with great benefits and great career potential. The ideal candidate is able to develop and implement a sales strategy that meets company goals and excels at the following job responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  1. Qualifying Leads: BDRs evaluate leads generated from marketing campaigns to determine if they are potential sales opportunities.
  2. Outreach: They reach out to potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  3. Relationship Building: Building long-term, trusting relationships with clients is essential.
  4. Business Opportunities: Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
  5. Meeting Setup: Setting up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  6. Reporting: Regularly reporting sales results to the Business Development Manager.
  7. Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing/payment plans.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Experience: Ideally work/intern experience as a BDR, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role or recent grad with a Bachelor’s degree in business.
  2. Sales Techniques: Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calls.
  3. CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo).
  4. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  6. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field is desired but not required.
