ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for fueling top-of-funnel growth for Array’s OnDemand business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying hospital and health system partnership opportunities. This position plays a key role in driving Array’s B2B growth strategy by generating qualified new logo opportunities in targeted markets to deliver the OnDemand family of solutions. The BDR will bring strong research, communication, and outreach skills and will work closely with Sales Directors and the EVP of Growth & Partnerships to ensure a robust and high-quality pipeline of potential partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build and refine named-account lists for hospitals, health systems, and crisis stabilization units aligned to OnDemand growth priorities.
Research stakeholders and organizational structures; identify decision makers and influencers to enable effective multi-threading.
Run hands-on outreach using sales enablement and revenue technology tools across email, social, and phone; tailor cadences and content by persona.
Coordinate with Marketing to activate display ads and direct-response tactics, along with nurture and win-back journeys for named accounts.
Maintain clean data and contact hierarchies across CRM/Marketing Automation; assist with HubSpot ↔ Salesforce mapping as needed.
Conduct high-volume, high-quality outbound to secure discovery meetings for the Sales Directors and senior team.
Execute structured discovery to qualify needs, timing, fit, and next steps; document objections, buying triggers, and integration considerations (e.g., Epic, CERM).
Log all activities, contacts, and opportunities; maintain stage accuracy, next steps, and SLA adherence for handoffs.
Use Clari to track cadence coverage and early signals; surface weekly insights on campaign performance, account engagement, and meetings set.
Coordinate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and the EVP of Growth & Partnerships to surface opportunity and operational considerations early and route to the right owners.
Contribute inputs for monthly meetings on effort, performance and market trends prepared for Director-led sessions.
Support webinars, conferences, and target-market events, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
Assist with ad hoc growth experiments and messaging tests to improve conversion across channels.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; or a combination of relevant experience and education.
1–3 years in a Sales, Business, or Market Development role (healthcare preferred) with a track record of meetings set and qualified pipeline created.
Hands-on experience with sales enablement and revenue technology tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clari, and Groove; comfort partnering on display ads and co-branded landing pages.
Exceptional written communication, phone presence, and research skills; ability to synthesize account insights into concise outreach and briefing notes.
Process discipline and data hygiene in CRM/Marketing Automation; familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce data alignment.
High attention to detail in maintaining accurate CRM records, contact hierarchies, and campaign tracking.
Comfortable with fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and experimenting with new messaging or tactics.
Proactive in surfacing opportunities, coordinating handoffs, and contributing to strategic discussions.
Willingness to continuously improve outreach strategies, learn new tools, and stay current on industry trends.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year and eligible for commission. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
