Poszukujemy energicznego i zorientowanego na wyniki Business Development Representative, który pomoże nam rozwijać naszą bazę partnerów biznesowych w całej Polsce. W tej roli będziesz kluczowym elementem zespołu odpowiedzialnego za proaktywne pozyskiwanie małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MSP), wspierając je w osiąganiu sukcesów za pomocą naszej platformy.
🎯 Twoje kluczowe zadania:
- Pozyskiwanie nowych partnerów biznesowych: Aktywne docieranie do potencjalnych klientów za pomocą telefonów, e-maili, wideokonferencji i spotkań bezpośrednich.
- Prezentacja Groupon: Przedstawianie naszej platformy jako unikalnej okazji do zdobywania nowych klientów i zwiększania widoczności biznesu.
- Tworzenie i negocjowanie ofert: Przygotowywanie propozycji, które odpowiadają na potrzeby partnerów i klientów Groupon.
- Analiza rynkowa: Pozyskiwanie wiedzy o różnych branżach oraz identyfikowanie trendów sezonowych.
- Realizacja celów sprzedażowych: Regularne osiąganie i przekraczanie wyznaczonych celów sprzedażowych.

✅ Wymagania:
- Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w sprzedaży transakcyjnej, rozwoju biznesu lub obsłudze klientów MSP.
- Umiejętność budowania relacji biznesowych i prowadzenia skutecznych negocjacji.
- Doświadczenie w samodzielnym pozyskiwaniu klientów, w tym cold calling.
- Znajomość języka polskiego w stopniu biegłym, znajomość języka angielskiego będzie atutem.
- Proaktywność, elastyczność i umiejętność podejmowania szybkich decyzji.
- Wysoka etyka pracy, odpowiedzialność i umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań.
- Znajomość systemów CRM (np. Salesforce) będzie mile widziana.

Your Role
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our base of business partners across Poland. In this role, you will play a key part in proactively acquiring small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and empowering them to succeed through our platform.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new business partners: Actively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Presenting Groupon: Showcasing our platform as a unique opportunity to acquire new customers and enhance business visibility.
- Creating and negotiating offers: Crafting proposals that meet the needs of business partners and Groupon clients.
- Market analysis: Gaining insights into various industries and identifying seasonal trends.
- Achieving sales targets: Regularly meeting and exceeding set sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Ensuring the highest quality standards of service and supporting partners throughout the collaboration process.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional sales, business development, or client management for SMBs.
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships and conduct successful negotiations.
- Experience in independent client acquisition, including cold calling.
- Fluent in Polish; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proactive mindset, adaptability, and ability to make quick decisions.
- Strong work ethic, responsibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
