We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Business Development Representatives to sell digital marketing solutions to SMB. In this position, you will sharpen your communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. In this role you will help improve sales processes, make cold calls, and attend conferences to connect with potential leads.

Job Description:
As the Business Development Representative at BluShark Digital, you will be instrumental in driving new business within the legal, home and medical industries. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, developing strong relationships, and educating them on how BluShark’s digital marketing strategies can drive growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and that our services align with each client's specific needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce the company’s BluShark’s SEO and digital marketing services
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and nurturing prospective clients
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Schedule and set appointments for consultations
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, building brand awareness and networking with potential clients
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to understand their business needs and current marketing efforts
  • Customize sales pitches to highlight the benefits of SEO strategies based on each client’s industry, goals, and challenges
  • Maintain a high level of outbound activity through consistent daily phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to maximize client reach and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in SEO or digital marketing services
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, from small business owners to industry professionals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to create new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
