What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Danish-speaking Business Development Representative within our Payables division. This position falls under our Corpay One line of business and is located in Copenhagen. We're looking for a Business Development Representative with a genuinely different background:
You've worked in finance or accounting — as a bookkeeper, accounts payable specialist, or in a similar hands-on role — and now you're ready to take on a new challenge in commercial work. Why does this matter to us? Because our customers are finance teams, accountants, and bookkeepers. You've sat in their chair. You know the pain of chasing invoices, reconciling accounts, and closing the month. That insight is something we can't teach — and it's exactly what
makes a great conversation with a prospect. We'll teach you the rest.
How We Work
As a Danish-speaking BDR, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the Copenhagen office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identifying and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social channels
- Running discovery conversations to understand each prospect's challenges — and connect them to the value we deliver
- Qualifying leads and book meetings for our Account Executives
- Managing and prioritize your pipeline in our CRM with structure and discipline
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to refine our approach
- Becoming a credible voice to finance professionals — speaking their language, not generic sales talk
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent spoken and written, Danish and English.
- Hands-on experience from a finance or accounting function — bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliations, or month-end close
- Solid understanding of the everyday pain points finance teams face
- Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems (e.g. e-conomic, Dinero, Business Central, SAP) is a clear advantage
- Comfort talking credibly with CFOs, finance managers, bookkeepers, and advisors
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
- Opportunity to earn commission.
- The ability to make a meaningful impact in a global SaaS company.
- A chance to join a dynamic and collaborative team.
- Annual six-week paid vacation.
- 5% company-paid pension.
- Health Insurance.
- Healthy Lunch program, free hot and cold beverages as well as selection of snacks.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is 30,000 - 35,000 DKK gross per month. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
