The Business Development Representative (BDR), Managed Services is responsible for generating qualified enterprise-level leads and building a pipeline of prospective healthcare clients for AMN's Managed Service Program (MSP) solutions. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, client discovery, and appointment setting with healthcare decision-makers.
The BDR partners closely with Business Development leadership to identify new business opportunities, qualify prospective clients, and support revenue growth by positioning workforce and managed services solutions that address client staffing, operational, and workforce challenges.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and marketing-generated opportunities
- Identify and engage healthcare organizations, hospitals, health systems, and other prospective clients
- Schedule discovery meetings and introductory conversations for AMN Business Development leaders
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective MSP opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client workforce challenges, staffing needs, current programs, and business objectives
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions
- Educate prospective clients on AMN's Managed Service Program (MSP) offerings and workforce solutions
- Qualify opportunities and ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles
- Maintain accurate prospect, client, and activity records within Salesforce
- Track outreach activity, pipeline progression, and appointment outcomes
- Monitor lead conversion metrics and support reporting requirements
- Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Management teams to develop prospecting strategies and target accounts
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional AMN solutions and services
- Support proposal, presentation, and sales activities as needed

Pay Rate$58,000 - $72,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
