About The Role…
We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK team. This hybrid role bridges marketing and sales, giving you hands-on experience in both generating new business and supporting partner success.
In this role, you will focus on two key areas:
- Lead Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and manage new opportunities by prospecting potential partners and handling inbound leads from both partners and end-users.
- Partner Activation: Support new partners through their onboarding journey to help them become fully certified, confident, and ready to sell.

What You Will Do...
Lead Generation & Acquisition
- Prospect and generate new outbound leads to grow our partner portfolio.
- Analyze and qualify inbound leads from potential partners and end-users.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and identify key challenges.
- Hand over qualified partner and end-user opportunities to the Regional Channel Manager (RCM) for follow-up and deal closure.
New Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Support the onboarding of new partners post-contract as their main point of contact.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help partners complete key milestones in their activation journey.
- Keep partner information and onboarding progress up to date in the CRM.
- Assist in reactivating partners who have not met expected performance levels.
- Contribute to achieving quarterly KPIs, with MRR as the main focus.
- Participate in occasional travel for training and business needs.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of BDR or SDR experience in the B2B market, preferably in tech, SaaS, or telecom.
- English communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional approach.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multi-step processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across the full partner lifecycle, from front-end lead generation to back-end partner activation.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work in a structured and professional manner to deliver on sales targets.
- A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
- Experience with CRM tools, (Salesforce considered a plus).
