You will engage directly with Education, Healthcare, Government, and SMB organizations, creating qualified business opportunities and influencing revenue growth.

What you will do in this role  

  • Prospect and engage new end-customer organizations within an assigned territory 

  • Identify decision-makers and stakeholders through research, contact discovery and data profiling 

  • Execute against opportunity creation, pipeline and revenue contribution targets 

  • Build and execute outbound sales cadences using phone, email and digital channels 

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and initiatives 

  • Qualify sales opportunities and document findings within CRM systems 

  • Promote technology solutions including hardware, managed services and business solutions 

  • Coordinate with channel partners, sales teams and pre-sales resources to progress opportunities 

  • Nurture opportunities through the buying journey when required 

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, mandatory profiling fields and customer intelligence 

  • Create and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities 

  • Track, manage and report activity related to opportunity generation and pipeline progression 

  • Provide customer and market feedback to relevant stakeholders 

Your qualifications  

  • Native-level language proficiency in the assigned market (Spanish) 

  • Professional English proficiency 

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, SDR, BDR or inside sales experience 

  • Strong outbound prospecting and opportunity qualification skills 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Experience working with sales targets, KPIs and CRM systems 

  • Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications 

  • Motivated, self-starter and goal-oriented mindset 

  • Ability to research organizations and identify relevant stakeholders 

It would be a plus if you:  

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or similar tools 

  • Experience in Education, Healthcare, Government or SMB sales environments 

  • Knowledge of channel sales models 

  • Technology hardware, printing, imaging or managed services experience 

  • Pipeline management and forecasting experience

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract:  Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, Friday from 9:00 to 17:00
- Salary 22,500 euros gross/year + up to 6,000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance.
- Office in central location in Barcelona, opportunity to work from home
