Job Summary
• The One Care Field Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and enrolling new members, as well as generating new sales accounts to support the THP One Care line of business. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including providers, community-based organizations, senior-housing, etc. The core functions of this position are to enroll new members, identify and develop potential business opportunities and new targeted customers or groups that generate leads and enrollments for the THP One Care product line. Assists in market strategy and planning. Expert in company products and programs. May also provide mentoring and initial training to new One Care Field Sales Representatives.Job Description
