What You’ll do:
- Outbound prospecting and researching target accounts
- Reaching out to inbound leads via phone, email and social platforms
- Qualifying leads through discovery calls and needs analysis
- Partnering with and booking high quality meetings for Account Executives
- Maintaining accurate and organised records in our databases - Salesforce (CRM) and Outreach (our Sales Engagement Platform)
- Collaborating with relevant colleagues to refine outreach strategies
- Contributing to a high energy performance driven team culture.
You have:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer services or a related role (tech/SaaS is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
- Ability to research and identify high-potential prospects
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Lusha, Qualified, Sales Navigator, Loom, Gemini et.
- A self starter mentality with a willingness to learn and grow

Compensation:
- The compensation range will be determined as reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
