 About Fiesta Health

Fiesta Health provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and families affected by autism. Our mission is to make high-quality, compassionate ABA services easy to find and easy to access, so families receive support as early as possible.

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help connect Fiesta Health with the providers, schools, diagnostic centers, and community organizations that families turn to first.

The Role

This is a full-time, remote business-development role for a professional based in Latin America who will support Fiesta Health’s referral growth in the United States. The Business Development Representative will build and maintain relationships with U.S.-based pediatricians, pediatric specialists, psychologists, diagnosticians, schools, therapy providers, and community organizations that serve children and families affected by autism

The ideal candidate is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, following up consistently, handling rejection professionally, and keeping accurate CRM records. You will represent Fiesta Health with warmth, professionalism, and credibility while helping referral partners and families move forward in accessing ABA services.

Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Training, approved messaging, and ongoing coaching will be provided.

What You Will Do
  • Complete approximately 80–100 outbound call attempts per scheduled workday to prospective and existing referral sources.

  • Build and maintain relationships with pediatric offices, diagnostic centers, schools, therapists, early-intervention programs, and community organizations.

  • Introduce Fiesta Health’s ABA services, referral process, and intake process using approved messaging in Spanish and English.

  • Schedule and complete introductory meetings, virtual provider meetings, Lunch & Learns, and referral-partner education opportunities.

  • Follow up on referrals, inquiries, event contacts, and outreach opportunities in a timely and professional manner.

  • Prepare and send ABA referral documentation as appropriate, and send completed referral documentation and Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations (CDEs) back to pediatrician offices when needed.

  • Proactively contact pediatrician offices and diagnostic centers to obtain diagnostic reports and required documentation so families can proceed with services.

  • Identify consent, release, and records-request requirements, and coordinate with internal teams when parent signatures or additional documentation are needed.

  • Maintain complete, accurate, same-day CRM records for calls, emails, meetings, referrals, consent steps, follow-up dates, next actions, and diagnostic-report receipt status.

  • Maintain a forward-looking CRM activity plan with sufficient scheduled calls, follow-ups, and outreach tasks to support the daily outreach target.

  • Prioritize prospective referral-partner outreach during the morning outreach block, then use afternoon time for existing referral-partner follow-up, active referral support, documentation, reporting, and continued pipeline development.

  • Communicate barriers early and work closely with the Regional Clinical Director, Intake, Marketing, and Clinical teams.

  • Represent Fiesta Health professionally in virtual partner meetings, education opportunities, and community outreach activities. Any travel, if needed, must be approved in advance by management.

What You Bring
  • Residence in Latin America and the ability to consistently work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time, including a one-hour lunch break.

  • Professional spoken and written fluency in Spanish and English.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional, and credible phone presence.

  • Comfort with high-volume outbound calling, relationship building, gatekeepers, and rejection.

  • Strong organization, ownership, follow-through, and time-management skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems and standard business tools, including email, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting platforms.

  • Reliable internet connection, a quiet professional workspace, and a dependable computer and headset.

  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and follow HIPAA and company policies.

  • Comfort managing referral documentation, diagnostic-report follow-up, consent requirements, and next-step coordination with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, inside sales, healthcare outreach, provider relations, recruiting, account management, or community engagement.

  • Experience working with healthcare providers, schools, therapy providers, diagnostic centers, or community organizations.

  • Background in ABA therapy, autism services, behavioral health, pediatric services, healthcare referrals, or intake processes.

  • Experience with medical-records requests, referral documentation, consent forms, or diagnostic-report follow-up.

  • Experience planning or delivering Lunch & Learns, in-services, virtual presentations, or community education opportunities.

  • Experience building reports or tracking outreach activity and pipeline performance through a CRM.
