MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.
In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.

The Role
MaintainX is expanding outbound sales into Spanish-speaking industrial markets: food manufacturers, warehouses, and facilities teams running physical equipment who haven't heard of us yet. This BDR role is how they will. Your fluency in Spanish is a genuine edge, the kind that gets you past the first ten seconds and into a real conversation about a real problem.
Run 70 to 100 outbound calls daily to plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and operations leads at industrial companies across North America and Latin America
Build multi-touch outreach sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn that earn responses by speaking to real operational problems, not generic scripts
Develop fluency in MaintainX's value proposition so your conversations go beyond a script and into real dialogue about equipment reliability and operations
Keep your pipeline accurate in Salesforce and follow up on every open thread without being prompted
Partner with AEs to understand what is converting and sharpen your targeting and approach over time
At 6 months, success looks like consistent SQL attainment above 90% and a repeatable outbound motion into Spanish-speaking markets. At 12 months, the best BDRs on this team are on a path to a closing role.
You Have
Fluency in Spanish and English, required. Fluency in Portuguese is a strong asset
Experience in a high-volume, rejection-heavy environment: sales, recruiting, hospitality, retail, or anything that built your resilience and ability to earn trust fast
Demonstrated follow-through: you own your pipeline and your numbers without being prompted
Bachelor's degree
Nice to have: experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks; prior B2B or SaaS sales experience
This role is responsible for managing and supporting a customer portfolio based primarily in English-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets (US/English Canada/LATAM), requiring daily verbal and written communication in English or Spanish with those customers.
We Offer
Competitive base and uncapped variable comp: commission is paid on both SQL attainment and closed won revenue, with no ceiling on either
Real career trajectory: BDRs who hit their numbers have a clear path to an Account Executive or Account Manager role. Most of our current AEs and AMs were promoted from inside, and the path typically happens between one and one and a half years
Day-1 health, dental, and vision coverage
RRSP program
$1,000 home office stipend and $1,000 annual L&D budget
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $87,500 and $96,500. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
How We Work
We are in-person in Montreal, five days a week. We invest heavily in the people we hire: New Hire University, dedicated mentorship, and real sales training from day one. We are growing fast and looking for people who want to grow with us. Humility and hard work matter here as much as hitting your number, and the results speak for themselves: most of our Account Executives and Account Managers started exactly where you are starting.
Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build.
Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com. For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it.
Belonging. We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging. More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk.
