Descripción de Puesto:
En TD SYNNEX México, buscamos un(a) Business Development Representative (BDR) – Microsoft Fabric para impulsar el crecimiento de soluciones de Data & AI dentro del ecosistema de Microsoft. Esta posición será responsable de desarrollar partners, generar pipeline, acelerar oportunidades de negocio y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas con clientes y canales de distribución. El rol combina desarrollo comercial, gestión de partners y conocimiento de soluciones Cloud y Data sobre Azure.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones de negocio con partners estratégicos y clientes del ecosistema Microsoft.
Identificar, reclutar y habilitar nuevos partners enfocados en soluciones de Data, Analytics e Inteligencia Artificial.
Gestionar el desarrollo del pipeline comercial y forecast de negocio relacionado con Microsoft Fabric.
Diseñar y ejecutar planes de negocio orientados al crecimiento y adopción de soluciones Data & AI.
Organizar webinars, workshops, capacitaciones y actividades de enablement para partners y clientes.
Posicionar Microsoft Fabric como una solución estratégica dentro del portafolio de TD SYNNEX.
Colaborar con equipos internos de ventas, preventa, marketing y especialistas técnicos para acelerar oportunidades comerciales.
Acompañar a partners en reuniones con clientes finales para identificar necesidades y desarrollar propuestas de valor.
Monitorear indicadores de desempeño, cumplimiento de metas y crecimiento del negocio.
Mantenerse actualizado(a) sobre tendencias de mercado, soluciones Cloud, Inteligencia Artificial y tecnologías Microsoft.
Participar activamente en actividades de capacitación, certificación y desarrollo profesional.
Conocimientos y Experiencia:
3 a 5 años de experiencia comercial en Business Development, Channel Sales, Partner Management o ventas de soluciones de Cloud o Data & AI.
Conocimiento de Microsoft Azure, Cloud Computing o tecnologías similares.
Deseable conocimientos en Microsoft Fabric.
Experiencia o interés en Data Analytics, Inteligencia Artificial, Business Intelligence o Plataformas de Datos.
Inglés intermedio.
Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente dentro de México.
Certificaciones Microsoft (AZ-900 o relacionadas) son un plus.

Skills Required
- 3 to 5 years commercial experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Cloud/Data & AI solution sales
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Cloud Computing
- Experience or interest in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence or Data Platforms
- Intermediate English
- Availability to travel occasionally within Mexico
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
