Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone or email and get them excited about our solutions
- Identify and qualify new ERP project opportunities and schedule meetings for our sales team
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and webinars — from preparation to targeted follow-ups
- Ensure accurate CRM maintenance and keep all customer data up to date and complete
- Monitor the market, analyze target groups, and contribute your ideas to shape new sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to create the best possible value for our prospects
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You are communicative, motivated, and eager to inspire people with innovative solutions

- You are digitally savvy: CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pardot are not unfamiliar to you

- You are fluent in German or English and have an additional strong command of Spanish or Polish

Skills Required
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot)
- Fluent in German or English
- Strong command of Spanish or Polish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; organized CRM documentation
