Generate qualified sales opportunities for BeReal Ads by identifying and engaging advertisers that can benefit from BeReal's unique audience and advertising solutions. The Business Development Representative is responsible for building a scalable outbound pipeline through strategic prospecting, high-volume outreach, and close collaboration with the Sales team.
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified sales opportunities.
Identify and prioritize advertisers that are a strong fit for BeReal based on industry trends, marketing objectives, and audience alignment.
Research target companies and key decision-makers to build strategic prospecting plans and target account lists.
Source contact information and identify the most effective channels to engage prospective advertisers.
Develop and refine outreach messaging, including call scripts, email templates, and prospect narratives.
Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, prospecting strategies, and pipeline generation goals.
Maintain accurate prospecting activity and pipeline data within CRM systems.
2+ years of experience in Business Development, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar outbound prospecting role
Comfortable conducting high volumes of outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Proven ability to build pipeline independently rather than relying on inbound leads
Strong prospecting and research skills, with the ability to identify high-potential accounts and key decision-makers
Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including advertisers, agencies, and marketing organizations.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using CRM and prospecting tools is preferred (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Fluent in Japanese; business-level English is preferred.
