Missions šÆ :
- Highlight Doctrineās value proposition to set up meetings and demos with Account Executives
- Identify potential customers and gather relevant information about them
- Qualify and understand prospectsā needs in order to accelerate the sales cycle
- Engage key decision-makers in the selection of the Doctrine solution
- Ensure a strong level of information and documentation on the market, prospects, and opportunities
- Coordinate with Doctrineās Sales team and Marketing to optimize the lead acquisition strategy
- Train in qualification, prospecting, and sales techniques
- Represent Doctrine at the many events organized by Marketing
The ideal profile š :
- You have some initial experience in sales, customer support, or any role involving frequent customer interaction. Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus. In any case, youāre highly motivated to develop your sales skills!
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and your are an Italian native speaker . Youāre an active listener, empathetic, precise, and direct.
- Well-organized and self-driven, you can easily multitask and prioritize your work effectively.
- You enjoy debating and persuading people, and picking up the phone doesnāt scare you.
- Youāre motivated by incentives and excited by the challenge of uncapped variable compensation.
- Knowledge of a CRM, especially Salesforce, is a plus.

Our Recruitment Process š
- A 30-minute first call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to understand your career goals and introduce Doctrineās mission.
- A 1-hour meeting with your future manager to dive into the role, team scope, and answer your questions.
- One or two technical assessments to evaluate your skills in practice.
- An onsite visit to our offices including: lunch with 3 team members from different departments (to give you a glimpse of your future colleagues), a discussion on our company values to share our vision, and a meeting with our CEO, Guillaume.
