Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Engagement: Schedule meetings, demos, and opportunities for Sales Directors.
- Prospect Interaction: Engage with potential clients through cold calling and emailing.
- Presentations and Demos: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase DATAMARK's offerings.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and create compelling sales materials.
- Client Development Collaboration: Ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to the Client Development team.
- Sales Metrics Tracking: Track and report on sales metrics, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
As a Business Development Representative II, you'll play a critical role in processing inbound marketing leads, identifying and generating new sales leads, expanding our customer base, and collaborating with Sales Directors to drive growth. This role requires a proactive and professional approach to engaging potential clients through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Additionally, you'll take ownership of Sales Tool Administration and RFP Tool Repository Maintenance, ensuring seamless workflows and accurate documentation to support sales initiatives. You'll gain proficiency in the sales process, integrate approved methodologies, and provide tailored solutions to advance opportunities in a competitive landscape.

Requirements for the Business Development Representative II:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the BPO industry.
- Opportunity Identification: Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting relationships.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
