Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

We do this by solving the toughest problems in eCommerce, giving founders the power to pursue their ambition and achieve their big goals. We started by tackling the single biggest problem in eCommerce; working capital. By giving founders access to unsecured, non-dilutive funding at great rates, we solve their working capital challenges, unleashing growth. So how are we doing on our mission? Well, since 2019, we have funded over 1,500 of the world’s top eCommerce businesses, providing them with over $1bn of capital, and in 2021 alone, companies using Wayflyer generated over $13bn in sales. We have raised over $230m in equity from the same investors as Stripe and Revolut and have been valued at $1.6 billion. With customers in 11 countries, and offices in Dublin, Atlanta, New York, London, and Sydney, we are a global business, supporting the most ambitious eCommerce founders worldwide.
