Ready to build a career where your effort directly impacts your success? At Oxford, we don't just hire salespeople; we develop future business leaders.

Oxford Global Resources is hiring for early career professionals who want to grow their sales career.

  • A competitive, self-motivated drive to win
  • Confidence talking to anyone, from entry-level hires to executives
  • Sharp organizational and problem-solving instincts
  • Comfort picking up new tech and tools, including Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable spending time on the phone in client meetings.

Nice to Have:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role
