Key responsibilities ✨
- Craft your strategy: Design and implement prospecting strategies alongside Key Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives, ensuring tailored outreach for client needs.
- Internal Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure efforts are focused on the highest-priority accounts and market segments.
- Build Cadences: Design and execute structured outreach sequences, setting up a precise flow of contact (e.g., LinkedIn, email, call) over specific dates, to drive consistent engagement.
- Execute Multi-Channel Outreach: Engage prospects through personalized multi-channel sequences, actively using email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Uncover opportunities: Pinpoint key decision-makers and influencers, engaging them through personalized multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Iterate and optimize: Continuously adapt your strategy, learning which messages resonate and proactively altering your pitch to better fit the specific industry or company profile to improve conversion.
- Empower the team: Provide crucial support to the sales team by developing account plans and strategies.
- Book Valid Meetings: Successfully secure and establish qualified meetings with the right contacts for the sales team to ensure a smooth handover and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate for success: Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and leverage their efforts for lead generation.

- Proven Experience: You are a highly enthusiastic individual looking to launch a career in sales. Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Associate (BDA) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional Communicator: You're a confident and persuasive communicator, both in writing and over the phone, with a knack for engaging prospects.
