Are you ready to kickstart our sales cycle and make a strategic impact in a high-potential market? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative and play a pivotal role in our rapid commercial expansion.  

This isn't just a prospecting job; it’s a chance to be a true commercial pioneer. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying initial leads that directly contribute to Malt's significant growth.
Our SDRs are business development experts, relentless in executing high-volume outbound sequences and assessing untapped opportunities to ensure a strong start to the sales cycle for our Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Craft your strategy: Design and implement prospecting strategies alongside Key Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives, ensuring tailored outreach for client needs.
  • Internal Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure efforts are focused on the highest-priority accounts and market segments.
  • Build Cadences: Design and execute structured outreach sequences, setting up a precise flow of contact (e.g., LinkedIn, email, call) over specific dates, to drive consistent engagement.
  • Execute Multi-Channel Outreach: Engage prospects through personalized multi-channel sequences, actively using email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Uncover opportunities: Pinpoint key decision-makers and influencers, engaging them through personalized multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Iterate and optimize: Continuously adapt your strategy, learning which messages resonate and proactively altering your pitch to better fit the specific industry or company profile to improve conversion.
  • Empower the team: Provide crucial support to the sales team by developing account plans and strategies.
  • Book Valid Meetings: Successfully secure and establish qualified meetings with the right contacts for the sales team to ensure a smooth handover and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and leverage their efforts for lead generation.

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Proven Experience: You are a highly enthusiastic individual looking to launch a career in sales. Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Associate (BDA) is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You're a confident and persuasive communicator, both in writing and over the phone, with a knack for engaging prospects.
  • Resilient Mindset: You are not easily discouraged and maintain a high level of enthusiasm and tenacity, understanding that consistent effort is key to long-term success.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical: You're comfortable with technology, possess strong analytical skills, and are excited to master our sales tech and reporting tools.
  • Impact-Driven: You're a fast learner with a high degree of initiative and a strong desire to make a tangible impact on our growth.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and are a true team player, always ready to support your colleagues.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Dutch and English is a requirement for this role.

  • Your first step is a conversation with a member from our Talent Acquisition team. This is your chance to tell us about your background and for us to share more in-depth details about this exciting opportunity.
  • You'll then have an interview with a Sales Leader from our team focusing on your experience and skills and how they align with the role's responsibilities.
  • You'll prepare and present a business case to a panel, allowing us to evaluate your strategic thinking and sales capabilities in action.
  • Next, we'll conduct a professional reference check.
  • Final stage is an interview with a C-Level leader in the company. This is an opportunity to discuss our long-term vision and how you can contribute to our future success.
