As BDR for APAC, you'll be the first point of contact for hotels, resorts, and casino groups across the region: running high-volume outbound prospecting, converting marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities, and partnering with Regional Sales Managers to build the pipeline that drives Duetto's growth across Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and beyond. What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll execute high-volume outbound prospecting across assigned APAC markets through email, phone, social media, and events — researching target accounts, identifying buying centres and stakeholders, and tailoring outreach using AI-driven tools to increase relevance and response rates.
  • You'll engage and convert marketing-generated leads through rapid follow-up, discovery, and needs qualification using a structured methodology, facilitating high-quality first meetings and demos for the regional sales team.
  • You'll document clear context, pain points, stakeholders, and next steps for every qualified opportunity — ensuring a clean, high-quality handoff to the sales organisation that sets deals up to close.
  • You'll contribute to territory and account plans in close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers, aligning coverage, outreach priorities, and feedback loops to maximise pipeline creation across the region.
  • You'll maintain accurate account and lead data, activities, and stage progression in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms — tracking activity and pipeline KPIs to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • You'll share market insights with Marketing and collaborate on messaging and campaign optimisation, continuously improving outreach performance across a diverse, multi-market region.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role — preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging senior-level decision-makers across cultures
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Apollo, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of outreach activity while keeping quality conversations and outcomes front and centre
  • Business-level English proficiency — proficiency in Thai, Mandarin, Bahasa, or another regional APAC language is a strong advantage

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Experience in the hospitality, travel, or technology industry
  • An understanding of the APAC hospitality landscape — key hotel groups, ownership structures, and market dynamics across Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and broader APAC
  • Prior experience operating within a B2B SaaS environment
