Why This Role is Different
Most BDR roles are "smile and dial" grind-fests. This isn't one of them. You will be executing a sophisticated, multi-channel outbound strategy using the best tech stack in the business. You won’t just be making calls; you’ll be a strategic partner to our Account Executives, identifying high-value targets and opening doors that others can't.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Prospecting: Move beyond cold calling. You’ll use phone, email, LinkedIn, and even personalized gifting to engage "Tier 1" high-value accounts.
Master the Tech Stack: Work with the best tools in the business, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Cognism, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Collaborative Selling: Partner directly with Account Executives to build "win" strategies for target accounts.
Continuous Learning: Work closely with our Outbound Centre of Excellence (OBCOE) to run experiments and refine your outreach.
Multi-Channel Outreach: You’ll master the art of the "pattern interrupt" across phone, personalized email, LinkedIn, and even creative gifting.
Growth & Mentorship: Share what’s working with the team and help mentor newer members as you sharpen your own leadership skills.
