Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team is looking for two driven, goal-oriented, and intrinsically motivated self-starters with a proven track record in high-performing remote sales environments to join us as a BDR (USA).

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers in the United States. You will reach out to them through various channels (phone, email, and LinkedIn) to introduce our EOR platform and schedule virtual walkthroughs with our Account Executives (AEs).

What you will do as a Business Development Representative (BDR)...
  • Be the first point of contact for potential US clients
  • Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify their need for an EOR solution and uncover key pain points
  • Spark interest in our platform and guide them toward a virtual walkthrough
  • Schedule demos for our Account Executives
What we are looking for…
  • 1+ years of experience in high-performing remote sales environments
  • Affinity for and understanding of SaaS solutions
  • Strong intrinsic motivation and a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Goal-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
  • Proven track record in similar BDR/SDR roles
  • A strong work ethic with the discipline to make a high volume of daily outbound activities, maintaining consistency and focus to drive pipeline creation and long-term success
  • Fluent or native-level English

Desirable (but not required):

  • Familiarity with EOR solutions is a plus (but not required)
