Essential Responsibilities:
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
- Responsible for presenting the aspects of the Beach Properties of Hilton Head Management Program to new or existing prospective enrollees
- Work directly with new owners to outline the details of the company's rental program
- Cold call existing rental homeowners to sell them on the program
- Work with area builders and businesses to promote Beach Properties in order to obtain new inventory
- Attend community expos for new home builders
- Answering inquiries regarding the program on company policies, procedures, services and enrollment
- Completing and negotiating (when necessary) terms of paperwork for new or existing enrollment
- Establishing a business relationship rooted in service, knowledge and experience
- Educating owners on best practices to be a successful vacation rental homeowner
- Assisting the Revenue Manager with new and existing prospective homeowners with TVRU enrollment
- Develop, plan and implement Department goals
- Develop and implement tracking for leads, measurement of conversion of leads and when to transfer cold leads to Marketing only status
- Develop, plan and implement Marketing strategies that promote enrollment and new business
- Develop and maintain business relationships with real estate agents to maintain cooperation and appreciation with regard to referrals and training
- Develop and maintain relationships with all service departments in the property services division of Beach Properties
- Professionally represent Beach Properties with the knowledge, service and integrity
- Complete all tasks and projects to the best of his/her ability.
- Maintain clear communications with immediate Supervisor, Manager and all department managers of Beach Properties
- Maintain schedule flexibility to meet the demands of the company, department and clientele availability.
- Obey all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
- SC Property Managers license or the ability to obtain a SC PM license within 3 months of employment
- Valid drivers license, clean driving history, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
- Minimum of 3-5 years in property management, customer service, or a related field, with a preference for experience in vacation rentals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage relationships and issues.
- Strong time management and task organization abilities.
- Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Experience with property management software, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate empathy in owner interactions.
- Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
