This role is integral to our Business Development and Digital Innovation efforts, where you will lead the design and delivery of modern, enterprise-grade software solutions that support corporate growth and operational excellence. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

  • Establish best practices across low-code and pro-code development, including architecture patterns, code quality, and maintainability

  • Design and oversee solutions leveraging Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes

  • Drive adoption of automation, digital tools, and scalable platform solutions

  • Monitor KPIs to measure delivery effectiveness, engineering quality, and platform adoption

  • Lead audits and inspections related to software development processes

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and guide decisions on low-code vs. custom engineering approaches

  • Build team capability through training and promote a culture of learning and technical excellence

  • Apply a strong engineering mindset across all solutions, ensuring Power Platform is leveraged appropriately within a broader enterprise architecture—not as a stand‑alone or default approach

What You Bring

  • Experience building enterprise-grade applications and integration solutions (APIs, services, middleware)

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, testing, and deployment practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex initiatives

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience with enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations and governance

  • Experience integrating with systems such as SAP and cloud platforms (Azure, middleware tools)

  • Strong understanding of low-code vs. custom development trade-offs

  • Experience in compliance-driven environments with a focus on auditability and data integrity

  • Passion for building reusable frameworks, automation, and improving developer productivity

What We Offer

  • Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment
