Role Overview

As a Business Development & Partnerships Associate (Internship / Apprenticeship), you will support growth by researching opportunities, engaging prospects/partners, and helping move conversations toward collaboration.

You may be considered for either the Internship Program (2–3 months) or the Apprenticeship Program (up to 12 months) based on educational status, eligibility, availability, performance during the selection process, and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research potential clients, partners, and collaboration opportunities

  • Build and maintain prospect/partner lists

  • Support outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and approved channels

  • Assist with lead qualification (needs, timelines, decision-makers)

  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and basic documentation

  • Help prepare pitch materials/proposals/decks (with guidance)

  • Track activity in spreadsheets/CRM and share weekly updates

  • Support onboarding/coordination once a partnership is confirmed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback

Compensation & Engagement Options

Selected candidates may be considered for either the Internship Program or Apprenticeship Program based on their educational status, eligibility, availability, performance during the selection process, and organizational requirements.

Internship Program

Applicable for:

  • Students pursuing Graduation, Post-Graduation, MBA, BBA, or other academic programs

Duration:

  • 2–3 Months

Compensation:

  • ₹2,000 Fixed Monthly Allowance

  • Additional Performance-Based Stipend Opportunities

Benefits:

  • Internship Certificate and applicable documentation upon successful completion

Apprenticeship Program

Applicable for:

  • Fresh Graduates (not currently pursuing any full-time academic program)

Duration:

  • Up to 12 Months

Compensation:

  • ₹10,000 Monthly Stipend

  • Additional Performance-Based Earning Opportunities

Benefits:

  • Government-recognized industry certification

  • Experience Letter, Relieving Letter, and other applicable employment documentation upon successful completion

Important Note (Observation & Evaluation Period)

Selected candidates will begin with an observation and evaluation period. Continuation depends on performance, professionalism, communication, attendance, learning ability, and overall contribution.
