ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Affairs Team at Trendyol drives impactful engagement through three key functions: Corporate Affairs, Corporate Development, and Corporate Communications. We build strong relationships with government stakeholders, advocate for commerce-friendly regulations, and amplify our influence within industry alliances. Our Corporate Communications efforts enhance brand perception through effective media management . Additionally, the Corporate Development team focuses on strategic partnerships and business restructuring.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing comprehensive analyses to identify challenges and solutions with support on decision making for Trendyol Plus.
  • Conduct detailed profit/loss and usage analyses of the benefits offered within the Trendyol Plus program to ensure their sustainability and effectiveness.
  • Develop commercial models for existing and potential brand partnerships.
  • Coordinate closely with UI/UX, customer satisfaction, marketing, and content teams to design user-friendly and engaging processes for benefit usage.
  • Strategically position Trendyol Plus and its associated benefits across app interfaces and other marketing channels.
  • Plan initiatives according to performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketplace, Category Management, Finance, Legal) to continuously enhance and optimize benefits within the program.
  • Monitor, track, and manage overall operational and financial KPIs related to Trendyol Plus, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements and new features aimed at enhancing the Trendyol Plus experience.
  • Close collaboration with cross function teams, contribute cross function projects
  • Create annual/ quarterly tactical & executional reports for CPA teams.
  • Leading and supporting strategic business initiatives assigned by the management

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (preferably Industry) or other related departments of reputable universities, preferably with a master's degree,
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in related field (more experience in related field is also acceptable)
  • Strong analytical and commercial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.Experienced and talented in project management and follow-up
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Turkish
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
