Business Development Mgr (Fortinet) - CCA

Based in one of the Caribbean islands (preferably Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, or similar).
Willingness to travel regionally is required.

At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specialized in Fortinet cybersecurity solutions to lead our business strategy across the Caribbean region. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities with AA and AAA accounts, driving growth and market positioning for Fortinet in the B2B segment.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Fortinet solutions in the Caribbean region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts (AA and AAA) and key channel partners.

• Identify new business opportunities in B2B environments through consultative sales approaches.

• Collaborate closely with presales and technical teams to deliver tailored value propositions.

• Conduct commercial presentations and enablement sessions for partners and end customers.

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, demand generation activities, and regional events.

• Create accurate sales forecasts and periodic business reports.

• Represent the company at cybersecurity-related conferences, summits, and events.

• Ensure high levels of partner and customer satisfaction in line with TD SYNNEX and Fortinet standards.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in commercial roles (BDM, Account Manager, Channel Manager) within the tech industry.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions, ideally with direct experience in Fortinet.

• Experience in handling B2B sales cycles and working with AA and AAA enterprise accounts.

• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level or higher) is mandatory.

• Availability to travel within the Caribbean (up to 30%).

• Residency in a Caribbean island or willingness to relocate.
