Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop EMEA high growth 5 years strategy plan for VTSCADA.
- Develop EMEA high growth annual business plan for VTSCADA.
- Achieve and exceed annual budget for VTSCADA.
- Drive and support EMEA sub-regions achieving and exceeding annual budget for VTSCADA.
Job Requirements:
- Develop and grow direct customers for VTSCADA.
- Develop/strengthen VTSCADA channel partners.
- Coach/train other sales teams.
- Promote VTSCADA in conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events.
- Teamwork with wider Delta organizations for VTSCADA business growt
- As the focus is mainly Southern European market, Spanish speaking and being eligible to work in Spain is a must.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of SCADA market in Europe.
- Very good knowledge of SCADA software.
- Track record of SCADA business performance.
- At least 10 years SCADA sales experience in Europe.
- Work experience of leading SCADA brands.
- Excellent competencies in sales, business development and account management.
- Demonstration of direct/indirect customer/partner development and growth results.
- Good knowledge of automation product/system/solution.
- High education degree in software or control automation.
- Good English communications skills.
- Leadership with good interpersonal and communication skills, with intercultural understanding.
- Good organizational, planning, analytical and presentation skills.
- Commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent Microsoft skills
