In this position you will....

Drive sustainable growth of the Employment Agency distribution channel by expanding key partnerships, maximizing placement volumes, and increasing product penetration. Act as a commercial advisor to agency partners by managing remuneration frameworks and executing targeted incentives and campaigns aligned with bolttech’s growth objectives.


You will be responsible for…

  • Driving acquisition, retention, and growth of Employment Agency partners to deliver placement, revenue, and profitability targets. 
  • Managing Employment Agency remuneration structures to ensure competitiveness, sustainability, and alignment with desired partner behaviors. 
  • Designing, implementing, and managing incentive programs and sales campaigns to increase placement volume and product uptake. 
  • Tracking campaign performance, analyzing results, and recommending enhancements to improve effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Serving as a senior relationship manager for key agency partners, resolving complex commercial matters. 
  • Providing market, partner, and competitive insights to support channel strategy and commercial decisions. 
  • Working closely with internal teams (management, products, finance, compliance) to ensure effective execution of remuneration and campaign initiatives.

You will require the following qualifications and skills                                                                                           

  • Diploma, Polytechnic qualification, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline. 
  • 8–10+ years of relevant sales, business development, or agency channel experience, preferably within insurance or financial services. 
  • Proven experience managing established agency portfolios and delivering sustained revenue growth. 
  • Demonstrated capability in managing remuneration frameworks, incentive schemes, and sales campaigns. 
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience evaluating campaign and partner performance. 
  • Mature stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including engagement with senior partners. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

 

Skills Required
