What you’ll do:

As a Business Development Manager for EMEA, you will drive end-to-end sales processes and build long-term strategic partnerships across the region.

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation to closing.
  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities across markets, clients, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Take full ownership of regional goals, working closely with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Develop tailored value propositions based on deep understanding of client needs
  • Build and manage long-term commercial relationships, driving upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to translate market insights and client feedback into product improvements
  • Represent WSC Sports at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements
  • Partner with Customer Success to maximize value and growth across existing accounts
Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • 3–5 years of business development experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) - a MUST
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles end-to-end
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports landscape
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the sports media or sports tech industry, specifically within sport clubs, is a big plus. 
  • Experience working in multinational environments.
  • Fluency in Italian / French / Portuguese - a big plus.

Skills Required
