The role combines Sales Team coordination and day-to-day commercial management, active market engagement and hands-on business development within industrial and engineering-driven environments. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Team, customers and technical departments, contributing directly to the expansion of the company’s presence across industrial, energy, marine, automation and EPC-driven sectors.

This is a growth-oriented position requiring strong understanding of industrial and technical B2B markets, practical commercial mindset, structured communication and active field involvement through customer interaction, business travel and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Team Leadership & Commercial Coordination

  • Coordinate and support the Sales Team in daily commercial activities and customer follow-up
  • Contribute to pipeline visibility, opportunity coordination and commercial reporting
  • Participate actively in customer meetings, commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Support proposal coordination and commercial execution across different project stages
  • Foster a collaborative and commercially focused team environment
  • Work closely with management to support sustainable commercial growth

2. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, marine, energy and automation sectors
  • Strengthen relationships with EPC contractors, system integrators, shipyards and industrial clients
  • Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, conferences and industry events in Greece and abroad
  • Support the development of partners, distributors and representative networks in selected markets
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments and competitor activity
  • Provide structured commercial feedback and market insights to management

3. Commercial Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the preparation of technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with Engineering teams
  • Contribute to tenders, bids and technically demanding commercial opportunities
  • Coordinate effectively between commercial discussions and technical solution development
  • Ensure organized CRM usage and reliable opportunity tracking
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Finance teams to support smooth project execution
  • Maintain a hands-on and solution-oriented commercial approach across customer engagements

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering or a related technical field. MSc or MBA will be considered an asset
  • Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Technical Sales or B2B commercial roles within industrial, marine, energy, automation or EPC-related environments
  • Exposure to technical or project-based industrial solutions and engineering-driven environments
  • Previous experience coordinating, mentoring or supporting commercial teams and sales activities
  • Strong communication, commercial coordination and relationship-building skills
  • Practical and hands-on commercial mindset with active customer engagement approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and technical teams
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Availability for regular business travel in Greece and abroad
