The position of Business Development Manager will GROW the business in the PPE industry. The BDM will focus on interfacing with End Users (brands and franchisees) as well as Critical Environment to drive sales of new and existing glove products. In addition to driving sales, the BDM will be responsible for internal collaboration with the Product Development Team developing, trialing, and collecting feedback on new and potential products for the portfolio. Manages the day-to-day execution of individual business developers who are focused on closing business in prospect accounts. May be a market sales leader or may be defined by other organizational characteristics (channel, vertical market, product unit, etc.). This role represents the first layer of management, above individual contributor sales representatives.
