Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing new business opportunities and increasing market share across both Private and Public Sectors. As a pivotal, customer-facing quota carrier, you will foster strategic partnerships and act as an industry expert to deliver innovative information management solutions.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead the entire sales cycle for new business opportunities, from proactive lead generation and qualification to final negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to understand organizational objectives and deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations and proposals.
Ensure a consistent sales pipeline by continuously prospecting for net new clients and managing both negotiated and RFP sales processes to exceed quota attainment.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant direct solution sales experience in the SaaS or Digital domain
Proven ability in strategic hunting and solution selling, with a strong track record of mapping complex technology solutions to specific customer requirements.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, enabling you to influence C-level stakeholders effectively across all levels of the organization.
