About the Role
We are seeking strong Business Development Manager Victoria and Tasmania Service team. You will manage three key accounts, but majority of your role will be identifying, developing, and securing large‑scale service contract opportunities.
You will work closely with a variety of our customers to analyse assets, propose tailored solutions, and lead tendering processes that position KONE as the partner of choice.
This role will based in Melbourne office.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate major service opportunities aligned with regional business goals.
Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts
Lead early engagement activities and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with Service Operations to build costings, risk assessments, and implementation strategies.
Build key relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholders
What You Bring
5 years experience business development, account management, or sales
Experience in construction, engineering, or a related technical industry preferred
Experience in Salesforce preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing decision‑makers at all levels.
Ability to navigate complex selling processes and articulate value‑based solutions.
Proactive, customer‑focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
