Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners and clients (WL and WB).
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and LOI signing.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive or equivalent).
- Actively prospect via LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, events, and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Compliance, Product, Operations) during onboarding.
- Ensure accurate data entry, pipeline hygiene, and reporting in CRM.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and business trips when required.
- Meet quarterly KPI targets for LOIs and revenue contribution.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Experience selling fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or regulated products is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance-based compensation.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
