Business Development Manager - LATAM
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying high-quality pipeline for o9 across Brazil and broader LATAM. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to execute demand generation programs, engage senior decision-makers at enterprise accounts, and convert interest into qualified opportunities that support o9’s continued growth in the region.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is motivated by measurable impact. You will be responsible for owning your pipeline targets while contributing to continuous improvement of outreach strategies, messaging, and processes.
What you’ll do for us…
Execute demand generation and outbound prospecting activities to drive qualified pipeline across Brazil and LATAM
Own end-to-end business development activities, including:
Target account research and segmentation
Multi-channel outreach (email, cold calling, LinkedIn/social selling)
Discovery conversations and qualification aligned to sales criteria
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Field teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and priority accounts
Support and execute regional marketing and content-driven campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities
Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline updates, and lead status in Salesforce
Continuously test, refine, and optimize outreach strategies based on performance data
Build strong relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders at target accounts
Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback with Sales and Marketing to improve GTM effectiveness
What you’ll have…
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
8-10 years of experience in Business Development, Demand Generation, or Sales Development (enterprise or B2B SaaS preferred)
Proven experience with outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach (email, cold calling, social selling)
Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline qualification, and opportunity progression
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise organizations
Familiarity with digital transformation, enterprise software, or complex B2B solutions is strongly preferred
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and industries
Data-driven mindset with attention to activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline quality
Low ego, collaborative attitude, and strong desire to contribute to team success
Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, Marketo, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace
