The Role
To deliver new business, overachieve on sales targets, great client service and build relationships.
About you
You demonstrate a strong sales mindset and adaptability, with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You build trust through effective communication and relationship management, ensuring client needs drive business decisions. As a valued business advisor, you proactively identify opportunities, create meaningful partnerships, and deliver solutions that support both customer success and organisational goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and close potential new Securexchange Website clients in the REA market;
- Develop new growth opportunities with prospective clients, including extensive visits to prospective client sites throughout as needed
- Maximise the use of Securexchange's service offerings with a minimum of 2 transactions per client or an understanding of why this is not occurring;
- Provide clients with post-sales implementation, training and ongoing account management.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven New Business Sales experience.
- A desire to develop your career and learn from and be mentored by experienced industry. professionals within Securexchange.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships.
- Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners.
- Attention to detail and follow-up/ Process driven and takes ownership.
- Experience with computers and applications software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- A knowledge and intrigue in the Legal and Conveyancing process will be looked on favourably, as well as experience in the Accounting & Insolvency industry, Banking & Finance and Government Sectors.
- Australian driver’s license.
