Role and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

  • Own day-to-day operations of Samsung device trade-in programs across online and offline channels
  • Drive partner onboarding, activation, and performance management for Samsung Wallet in the Philippine market
  • Monitor program KPIs including trade-in attachment rate and revenue, device value, and wallet partner performance
  • Collaborate with Sales and Retail teams to align trade-in and wallet programs with key product launches, promotions, and channel priorities
  • Partner with Product and Marketing on campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking for trade-in and wallet initiatives
  • Work with external vendors and partners to ensure operation efficiency, accurate device valuation based on market trends, process improvements, and optimized customer value offers
  • Identify opportunities to optimize program mechanics, drive adoption, and enhance customer experience
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with dashboards, reporting tools, or relevant systems is an advantage
  • Willing to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig
