What you will do:
- As a Business Development Manager you will:
- Be focused on increasing Our Client market share in beverage based categories.
- Contribute to prospecting generating and qualifying leads in the focus applications nurturing a pipeline of opportunities and expanding the number of new customers in USA and Canada.
- Work closely with the commercial team in Business Stream to support Market Company on sales strategy and value proposition in key commercial cases and participate throughout the global category strategy lifecycle
- Generate sales opportunities and participate in negotiations.
- Develop relationships with key customers.
- Identify uncovered areas of profitable growth prioritize and set a strategy to capture it together with local team.
- Synchronize global strategic initiatives with specific market activities.
- Maximize the value proposition with leading product and solution performance guarantees of processing equipment driving competitiveness in solution delivery.
- Provide support to the local sales team and project centers during opportunity and project lifecycle connecting experts to customers.
- Build up local capabilities for mid to long term business consolidation.
- Ensure customer experience improvements in the respective subcategories.
We believe you have:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in processing equipment sales for the beverage industry
- Experience in Business Development and or Key Account Management
- Experience in the liquid food processing industry Deep understanding of the beverage industry in USA and Canada is an advantage together with Carbonated Soft Drinks
- Technical understanding of beverage processing and beverage industry technologies
- Experience in strategy management and dealing with higher level executives among customers
- Experience in developing and participating in business strategy planning
- Strong business acumen a clear understanding of company strategy and high customer orientation
- Highly motivated individual with a can do attitude open minded capable of building effective relationships and working across boundaries and levels
- Excellent commercial negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Pay Equity:
- Our Client provides the following compensation range that it believes in good faith it might pay or offer for this position The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations Pay within the range is based on work location skills experience and education This compensation range is based on a full time schedule and is one component of the total compensation package including bonus, benefits and allowances.
- Annual Base Salary Range ABS 124800 USD to 178200 USD.
- Short term Incentive Bonus Eligible to performance incentive of 18 percent of ABS.
