What You’ll Do

- Engage with prospective clients, guiding them from initial interest to becoming long-term, satisfied customers.
- Present Backbase’s digital solutions to financial institutions within your region.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and align Backbase’s solutions to meet their needs.
- Work alongside an experienced sales team that will mentor and support your growth into an elite sales professional.

Who You Are
- Proactive and self-motivated. You take initiative and drive results independently.
- Experienced in enterprise software sales. You have 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the software/technology sector.
- Fintech or banking background? Even better. Experience in the financial services industry is a huge plus.
- Strategic thinker. You understand the banking technology ecosystem and the business drivers behind digital transformation.
- Confident communicator. You’re comfortable leading discussions with C-level executives and can clearly articulate how Backbase adds value.
- Digitally fluent. You grasp the impact of digital business solutions and can translate technical concepts into business benefits.
- Continuous learner. You stay ahead of industry trends and market developments.
- Skilled presenter. You can engage and educate an audience with ease.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in software/technology business development.
- Strong understanding of financial services and/or fintech is a major advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent Arabic speaker
