Where You’ll Make a Difference
Drive profitable sales growth at global and regional key accounts for assigned product lines.
Develop and onboard new customers within your defined area.
Act as a technical and commercial expert for specialty Inclusions products and their applications.
Define and execute strategies for global and regional key accounts regarding the Taura portfolio.
Support regional sales teams in implementing Food Ingredients the Inclusions Business Development strategy.
Identify white space opportunities and commercialize new innovations.
Manage complex customer projects involving cost, pricing, regulatory, and compliance aspects.
Lead cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions for customers.
Build strong relationships by visiting key and high-potential accounts as needed.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Proven experience in business development or sales within the food or specialty ingredients industry.
Strong technical and commercial understanding of product applications.
Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as required for customer engagement.
Ability to work well in a team environment including cross functional support, ideation and strategy building
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience with specialty inclusions or similar product categories.
Demonstrated success in growing key accounts on a global scale.
Background in both technical and commercial roles, bridging R&D and sales.
Ability to grow customer base by brining on new customers
